Santa brought us a new griddle for Christmas.We've been able to ring in the New Year with pancake breakfasts on Sunday mornings. Although, last weekend Aimee was a bit under the weather. The doctor ordered her to stay home from work for a few days due to a sinus infection. Now, thanks to antibiotics and lots of rest she is doing much better.
